We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the Frevent experience.Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and any display name you choose to provide.
Business Profile Information: Business owners may voluntarily upload a profile picture, banner image, business name, category, location, hours, deals, and service listings.
User-Generated Content: If you submit a review or rating for a business, we store your display name, star rating, written comment, and the timestamp of submission.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage information (such as which screens are viewed) to improve app performance. We do not sell this data.
2. How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account
To display business profiles, deals, and events to users in the app
To publish reviews you submit on business profiles
To allow business owners to manage their listings and respond to customer interest
To maintain the security and integrity of the platform
To communicate important updates about the service (via the email address on your account)
3. How We Store Your Data
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, including Firestore (our database) and Firebase Authentication. Firebase is a Google LLC service and data may be processed in the United States. Google's data handling practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.Profile images and banner images are stored as compressed image data within Firestore. We do not store raw files on separate file hosting servers.4. Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not display advertising in the App, and no advertiser has access to your personal data.Business profile information you publish (name, location, images, deals, etc.) is visible to all users of the App. Reviews you submit are publicly visible within the App under your chosen display name.5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account or have your data removed, please contact us at the email below and we will process your request promptly.Reviews you submit may remain visible on a business's profile after account deletion unless you specifically request their removal.6. Children's Privacy
Frevent is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.7. Your Rights
